Contact NotionforLawyers

Email hello@notionforlawyers.com. That is our contact route for questions about LawyerOS, refunds, corrections and feedback. We do not promise a response time, and we cannot give legal advice or support your Notion account itself.

How to reach us

Send an email to hello@notionforlawyers.com. Use a clear subject line such as 'LawyerOS question', 'Refund request' or 'Correction'.

What to include

TopicHelpful details
Template questionEdition (Starter or Pro), what you tried, and what you expected
RefundPurchase email and date; see the refund policy for the terms
CorrectionThe page address and what is wrong
FeedbackWhat you were trying to do and what got in the way

What we cannot help with

  • Legal advice or case-specific questions.
  • Problems with Notion's own service, plans or billing, which Notion handles.
  • Advice on regulatory compliance in your jurisdiction.
  • Trust accounting, e-filing or court-rules calendaring; LawyerOS does not provide them.

We read what arrives, but we do not promise a reply time. Please do not send confidential client information by email.

Before you write

Many answers are already on the site. The refund policy covers refund terms, and the LawyerOS page describes what each edition includes and does not include. If your question is about how Notion works, Notion's own help centre is the authoritative source, and our learning library links to it.
