Free Notion templates for lawyers

Three starter databases you can download and import into Notion in minutes: a case brief library, a client intake tracker and a CLE tracker.

Updated 17 October 2026

How to import a template

Each template is a CSV file. Notion turns a CSV into a database, with one property per column and one page per row.

  1. Download the CSV file for the template you want.
  2. In Notion, choose Import (in the sidebar or under Settings), then CSV.
  3. Pick the file. Notion creates a new database with one property per column and one page per row.
  4. Open each property and set its type to the one listed on this page (Select, Date, Checkbox and so on). Notion may import some columns as plain text.
  5. Add the suggested views, delete the sample rows, and start using it.
